1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Kleitos Pets is an e-commerce platform providing pet supplies, including but not limited to food, accessories, and health products ("Consumables"). All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Kleito’s Pets reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. 10-Day Replacement Policy (Consumables)

  • We prioritize the health and satisfaction of your pets. Our replacement policy is strictly governed by the following:

  • Eligibility: Only "Consumable" items (e.g., food, treats, supplements) are eligible for a 10-day replacement.

  • Timeline: The request for replacement must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product received was damaged during transit.

  • The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was dispatched.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer replacements for "change of mind" or if the pet does not like the taste of a product once opened.

  • Verification: To process a replacement, the customer must provide unboxing videos or clear photographs of the defect/issue.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

  • Kleito’s Pets is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

6. User Conduct & Accountability

  • Users are prohibited from using the site for fraudulent activities, uploading malicious code, or misrepresenting their identity. Any breach will result in immediate termination of the account and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Kleito’s Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Kleito’s Pets. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent changes.
